I have been using the L-Style L-Shaft Carbon Slim Silent Shafts - 300 in black and white for 5 plus years now. These are the most durable shafts that I have used or know of. I have only broken a couple of shafts in that time. The spinning shaft helps save wear and tear on the flights.
