Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders that are submitted before 2pm EST Monday-Saturday will have same day shipping. Orders placed after 2pm EST will be shipped within 1 business day.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping to any orders over $50 that are Mainland United States. You have the choice to pay for expedited shipping.

Please Note: Products such as dartboards and cabinets do not qualify for free shipping due to the products’ weight.

Invalid or Incorrect Addresses

Orders that are returned due to an incorrect address will be refunded minus the cost of shipping.

If you request that your order is reshipped, you are responsible for the cost of shipping again

Missing Packages

If your package is missing or has been lost, please contact us with your Order ID. We will make a claim for all missing packages.

If the package is lost, a refund will be given as soon as we receive confirmation that the package can’t be found

Order Cancellations

If your order has already been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled until the order has reached its destination

International Orders

We are not responsible for any customs or duty charge for international shipping. We do not have any way to estimate any extra cost.
