Refund Policy

New/Unused Products

Products can be returned for up to 30 days if the item is new/unused.

  • Item must be in New Condition
  • Must be in original packaging
  • Items that are unwanted will be returned at the buyer's expense
  • A refund will be issued once the item is returned in the new condition (Shipping cost could be taken out if qualified)
  • A 15% restocking fee may be taken out for unwanted products

Defective Products

  • Products are not covered once they have been used (We advise customers to check products before use)

Defective Products Claims

  • All defective product claims must be submitted within 30 days of purchase
