Returns Policy

New or unused products may be returned within fifteen days for credit or exchange, provided that:
a) Prior approval is obtained from Dart Brokers
b) Products are still in their original packaging
c) Products have not been used
d) Products have been returned at buyers expense (Shipping charges can not be reimbursed)
e) Credit for returned product that cost $10.00 or less will be refunded as a store credit/coupon. Returns valued greater than $10.00 will be credited to cardholder's card or paypal account.
f) Non-defective item(s) returned for credit that qualified for free shipping and/or a shipping discount will have our shipping costs and/or the shipping discount cost deducted off the item prior to refund.
New/unused products must be returned at the buyer's expense. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned, non-defective merchandise.
Defective products may be returned with prior approval for exchange or credit. All claims for defective product must be made within 15 days of receipt of the order.
To return merchandise:
1. Repack the items so they do not move within the package or against one another. We can not accept merchandise returns that have not been packaged/shipped properly.
2. Include your name, address, email address and phone number.
3. Return to:

4. Keep a copy of your receipt in case your package is lost by the shipper
5. All returned goods must be inspected prior to the issuance of credit or exchange.

Please Note: Dart Brokers is not responsible for any duties or customs charges you may incur to get your package into your country.
Cancelled Orders/Refused Packages/Undeliverable Packages that are returned:
We usually ship orders within 24 hours. If you call to cancel an order after it has been shipped, a $6.00 charge (which is a UPS/Fed Ex package return charge) will be imposed upon you. This fee will be taken off at the time of processing your refund. Refused packages and packages that are returned after 3 delivery attempts will have the same return fee applied to them. There should be no problem with canceling an order prior to shipping.

Shipping

Dart Brokers supports our troops! We ship to APO, DPO and FPO addresses!

We ship everywhere in the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories. We also ship to Canada. Additional shipping charges beyond those stated on the website may apply to shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and Canada. Please call us if you would like a shipping quote before placing your order.

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Domestic Shipping

FREE Shipping on ALL domestic orders over $50 (contiguous United States only, does not apply to dartboards, game tables, expedited or UPS/FedEx shipments).

Standard Shipping is based on your order total -

$20 - $49.99 Orders - $5.95 shipping fee

$50+ Orders - FREE Shipping (with the exceptions noted above)

$50+ Orders (Alaska & Hawaii) - $5.95 shipping fee

Liftgate and Inside Delivery Services on Pool/Game Tables incur additional costs, noted in the product descriptions.

Dartboards cost $26.50 to ship within the contiguous United States, and $59.45 to ship to Alaska or Hawaii. Dartboards and shipments to Alaska & Hawaii will usually be shipped via USPS 3-Day Priority Mail, but may be shipped using other services as well.

USPS Priority Shipping - $7.95 per order (some exceptions may apply, not available for AK and HI)

UPS/FedEx Ground Shipping - $15.95 per order (some exceptions may apply, not available for AK and HI)

Shipping to Canada

Shipments to Canada are based on your order total -

$0 - $24.99 Orders - $8.95 shipping fee

$25 - $49.99 Orders - $11.95 shipping fee

$50 - $74.99 Orders - $12.95 shipping fee

$75+ Orders - $5.00 shipping fee

We do not ship game tables or dartboards to Canada.

International Shipping

Not all items can be shipped internationally. Dart Brokers does not currently ship dartboards, pool cues, pool cue cases, or pool/game tables internationally.

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. All customs, taxes, duties, etc. are entirely the responsibilty of the customer and will not be calculated or charged at checkout.

All international packages are shipped First Class Mail from the United States Postal Service. Packages over 4oz also include Registered Mail service. Packages over 12oz also include Signature Confirmation service. 2lbs 5oz - 2lbs 8oz = $44.40

3lbs 13oz - 4lbs = $56.10

Beyond 4lbs the prices repeat every addtional 4lbs. For example, an order that weighs 4lbs 12oz would cost $86.85: $56.10 (price of a 4lb package) + $30.75 (price of a 12oz package).
